Mummsy, you are unaware of the 'rule' regarding binary content in text NGs? Posting your file here may well be a wasted effort as the intended recipient may not get to see it.! Why? Shaw are known as one of those who have poorly configured servers, setups which allow the newbie to do exactly what you did. Unfortunately (for you & other newbs) the RFCs specifically deny the posting of binary content to text NGs. Servers set up using RFC guidelines would "bounce" your post. AnD. A complaint would get you a warning, a repeat would maybe have your access canned. There is a Sister NG for where binary posts for embroidery are made.

Methinks your help would be greatly appreciated in the correct NG. Try it... you might just find that to be true :-)
