I use 12wt. cotton thread for Redwork. Usually "red", but Blue works well too. Some people do designs in Black. Nana

I just did some redwork designs and I used various shades and combinations of the fallowing to see how they looked ... very interesting effects :) the best ones I came up with in my opinion are purple and blue, gold and green. It also depends on what color of fabric you are…
