I'm trying to learn Wilcom ES 65. Sometimes when I am working in it the save and save as functions will be greyed out. I end up lossing all the work I've done. I don't know what causes this. This last time I was doing complex fills and my select object pointer became greyed out and then so was the save function. I lost all my work. I've tried turning off the autosave and that didn;t seem to make a difference.
Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

- that's an easy answer - it appears you are using cracked (i.e STOLEN) software - that's what you are doing wrong - if you had a REAL (i.e. PURCHASED) copy, you could do something easy like call their tech support line.....

(Hoping here) just incase you are using a real version, ES can sometimes lose its icons if the PC is infected with a virus. You will not only see the Save button, but possibly other buttons greying out.
Clear your PC's of viruses and try again. If you are still having the problem, contact our support teams. You can get to them through our support website
