Just to let you know. Lee at service casters was able to provide me with the solution to my wheel problems. i now have 4 foam filled pneumatic tires which so far are holding up. Also. i had to resort to threatening to file w/ the postal service for mail fraud, the local better business bureau for their area, and i DID file numerous totally negative reports to E bay even going so far as to suggest that an attorney might find their lack of support very litigatable (real word? who cares) so after 6 weeks plus, i am the recipient of a money order for the original amount. Now , if it went to court one would add on the cost of the $ order, time and suffering , etc. but i reckon i came out OK> what a hassle. i will NEVER do an e-bay purchase again and i highly recommend y'all really research it before you do a trade there!

Not all ebay sellers are bad...just a small number of them. I've bought and sold a lot of stuff and have always had good results. There's a lot of great stuff to be had off ebay so please don't lump the bad apples with the good ones. Check out the feedback and communicate with the seller. Yhat's about all you can do. I'e bought everything from a copper sink to a 95 Bronco off ebay.

PS: Sorry you had a bad experience.
