I want to do some simple flower etching in glass for ornamental garden accessories.
Is it a paste or a liquid and how long and hard is the process?
Is there a way to frost over the etched area?

You had better define what you mean by etch because most of us think "frost over" is etch, at least from creams

The process is easy with a pre made stencil kit available where you buy the paste.

Where do u buy the paste, perhaps Pearl? I'm just a pedestrian walking by and the thread piqued my interest.

Any stained glass shop. Most towns of any size have them. Online there's Delphi and many others.
