There is a small company in one of the Carolinas that offers a pre-painted, fired, "medallion" (if that is the right word for it) of several poses of Jesus. One of them is the Gesthemne (sp?) scene. These medallions are intended to be included in your design. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the company, but they do/did have a website.
Also there is a SG pattern book that is called "In His Image" ( I think that's the name).
