DH and I just got back from Hershey and brought back several bags. Too bad this is a limited time item - positively delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe if we buy enough, Hershey's will consider making it permanent. Anybody willing to help? :-)

Oooohh, sounds so good. I thought the caramel ones were good, but cherry cordial sounds even better.

I will have to look for them.

I'll leave you with your Hersheys and put hat in hand for completely overlooking your birthday. I commented on your new stash, but the rest went over my head!

Oh, the pain, the torture, I suppose I could go back and buy out their whole supply.

Hmmmmm, y'know, there's a Hershey factory about an hour from here. I'll see if I can get someone to drive me and we'll buy as many cases as will fit in the car, while making sure to tell every staff member in the store how much we just loooooooooooove these.

One of the booths at Celebrations had them out for shoppers. I watched one woman reach down, pick up a kiss, unwrap it and pop it in her mouth, all with out looking at which one she had. Her reaction was priceless. First was consternation - what was that! Second, mmmm this is good. Hey, which one did I try?!?!

Cheryl

Yes - I like them too! BUT, they should be dark chocolate

If they were dark chocolate I just might travel to get them. But milk chocolate, ho-hum----------- Lucille

Hmmm. Dark chocolate every time! Thorntons just brought out a new range of"Chiller Cabinet" chocs. They had some out for free samples this morning, in the shop. "Go on, take one of each!" they said, bless `em! I only took three (aren`t I good?) and gave one to John, anyway. He had the dark choc/orange one - which was VERY orangy. I had a blackcurrant one and a tarte tartin one (spicy apple filling). Very yummy. I might have to buy a box to try out the rest.

Sorry, girls, I`m not sure if they`ll stand up to long journeys, particularly at this time of year :-( You`re supposed to keep them in the fridge, I think, although they survived the trip home in the car on what was quite a hot day! They are actually designed especially for bringing out at dinner parties, or so the blurb says.

I *love* cherry cordials... I can't *stand* (ick) the Hershey's kisses that are supposed to taste like that.

It's the one one that they've put out, that I know about, that I don't like.. in their Kisses line.

Shame... Worst part is that my all time *favorite* of the cherry cordials is the dark chocolate version of Cella's... and no one around here seems to sell anything but the milk chocolate version. I was *so* happy when my aunt bought me a box of the dark chocolate for Christmas... possibly the best of the presents I got this year :-)
