Color Charts Pattern Mistake

May 24, 2006 1 Replies

Hi,

I have an old pattern of a golfer from Color Charts. It is a Jackie Wynia pattern. After starting the stitching I noticed an error in the pattern. Two symbols are used for same color. Does anyone else have this pattern? Have you figured out the mistake? The color # is 758 for both terra cotta and terra cotta light. Which one is wrong? What is the correct number for the incorrect one?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Check the directions. Often a color is listed twice with different symbols because one is done with one strand or is only a half stitch (one leg of the X), whereas the other will be two strands and complete Xs.
