Has anyone had a cross stitch pattern made from a photo by a commercial company and if so were you pleased with the results? Also which company did you use?

I asked this very question a while ago and someone recommended a shop in B.C. ... my friend had a picture of her g-granddaughter charted and is really pleased with it and the great service she received. I can't for the life of me think of the name of the shop right now. Someone will come to the rescue I'm sure, but I'll ask my friend tomorrow and she will give me the info which I'll post.
