If this helps any, they (the Cicely Mary Barker fairy charts and bookelts by DMC) were published in 1996, I believe. There are several adaptions for CMB's fairies by one or two other companies, IIRC. One was "green apple" ( and scroll down), but I don't believe their adaptations are as detailed as the DMC versions. HTH.

I finally got an answer about this. Here's what they said: "Flower Fairies patterns and kits are not available in the United States unfortunately. This is frequently because of licensing restrictions with the designers. :(
