My daughter ordered 2 pattern s from Mystic Stitch Studios on Sept
9th. They already have the money. The patterns still have not come. She has called several times with no reply and emailed.... Has anyone had this problem with this site before. Barbara

Thank you for your e-mail. I pulled this order and it shows that we did talk with someone regarding the problem. It appears that we did not receive the original order so we re-shipped this on the 29th of September. I do apologize for the mix up but we thought this problem had already been resolved. We take our customer service very seriously and as such as soon as we were made aware of the problem we addressed it and shipped the designs ASAP. I would think that this will be arriving any moment now. Please let me know if she still has not received this order by Monday.
