Y'all will appreciate this terrific surprise in a way that the family didn't quite "get"...out of nowhere yesterday, got a box from an old friend. She must have been cleaning house, because inside the box was a huge pile - about five year's worth - of British cross-stitch mags! Now when I have an itch to sit down and enjoy browsing stitching ideas and reading about stitching, I won't have to go to the bookstore and drop $12 on a mag. I put the box behind my reading chair, and figure that once a week or so I'll indulge, and make it last a looooooong time! It's like having a secret stash of chocolate!
