Just so you know, I don't watch the show and have never watched the show, but you can't open a newspaper here without seeing something about it.

Poor you. I watched a snippet once, having been told I should. I came in on the part where they were rejecting someone and I thought the whole thing was hateful. On a par with Survivor, same sort of thing, have them all put another person down.
I realize that is often how real life goes but I ask myself why I would want to watch it as entertainment and what on earth does it say about all these people who evidently do ?
I know, I know, odd person out. It's one of the big reasons I watch little to no television though.
I like television and watch it a lot, but I can't watch any of the so called reality shows. The few that I have watched at least a few minutes of certainly weren't anything like my life, or that of anyone I know, so why are they called reality shows?
Are there really people who live that way?
