Hi Guys, Well, I **finally** got the house ready and the realtor was here yesterday. We signed the papers, she put the lock box on the front door and the sign in the front yard!!! Let's hope this house sells in a
*reasonable* amount of time. I'm certainly not holding my breath but one can pray :-). Any "good stuff" you can manage to send my way would be appreciated. I suppose I had best get the statue of St. Joe to bury in the yard!! CiaoMeow >^;;^<
