OT: I have a question for you.

I can't stand it either. I think it's nobody's business what they do in their private lives, just like it's nobody's business what I do in my life. And that whole "with fame comes the rest" don't fly when it concerns children of famous people. Calling them Brangelina is participating in a behavior Americans are famous for being.

I don't think it's a bad name. It's just that my first thought was of a Civil War battlefield and she's totally immersed in peace and wellness for all.

Then again, this sort of publicity is just what these people thrive on. If they didn't wish to be in the public eye and make all the money they do, they wouldn't be there. Inattention to their baby, it's name etc. would be deadly for them.

There are many people for whom we can feel genuinely sorry, long before we arrive at their names.

It seems to me that a question about a name has, as usual, become a personal attack on someone. In this case, you don't even know who it is you're attacking.

As you are so fond of saying, "get a life" and stop being nasty.

If someone wants privacy they can move to a quiet place and get a job that isn't of any interest to anyone except their immediate family.

Personal, vitriolic attacks are clearly a component of the lifeblood of the poster, and when an unknown person is attacked for expressing views which are impersonal, the neurotic compulsion to seek out a "victim" on whom to unload her bile and venom, of which there is clearly an overabundance, becomes a laughable event. She is to be pitied.

First of all, I didn't get nasty. If you read the posts I was told I was a bleeding heart, or some other shit like that.

Second of all, they are in NAMIBIA, a REMOTE villiage in AFRICA. Are you going to try and convince me this place is in the spotlight? Uh, no it isn't. The papparazi and money mongers who follow them around are horrible.

You don't think that the fact she gave birth in Namibia doesn't make for a better story ?

Oh for chrissakes!!! You are assuming waaaay too much - should we take it as a subliminal confession on your part that money is the first thing you think of ?

This post is convincing evidence to me that the poster has lost any grasp she may have ever had on proper sentence construction. If one tries to comprehend the message, it is completely nonsensical. Double uh-huh back at ya'.

Of all the things we get worked up about on here, this must be about the silliest and most pointless! LOL!

As if they didn't realize the media would follow them to Namibia?

I'm also curious to know why they would choose to go there to have their baby? What's the attraction? It's not like Angelina is in the prime of her child bearing years. I should think she would have been somewhat concerned about the risk she was taking. Ah well, whatever, they will do what they want, it's just a rather curious situation.

Let's all join hands and give thanks to the bleeding hearts who are worried about the privacy of Brad and Angelina and about the fact that their names have been intertwined by the press. Hold on, I'll have to break ranks with you while I grab a barf bag.

If that's truly what you think, you have turned into a stone coot with no respect for anyone. Did you know she is a United Nations Embassador associated with children who are starving. They are selling the photos to a magazine for five million dollars, to which they will donate every penny, as they said.

I didn't bring money up, I commented on it as a result of someone else bringing it up. It's fine for someone to call anyone who cares about the privacy of others "bleeding hearts," and whatever they think I am.

I am not jealous of money. I have money.

Everything I do is intentional.

Best you never post another thing since eventually something you say will be grammatically incorrect.

She's there as an Ambassador. If you read the paper other than the Star and TV Guide, you'd know that. She has her own doctors there with her, treating the children in the villiage she and Brad are trying to serve.

Namibia is neither a village, nor particularly remote. It's on the ocean, ffs.

LOL - Every time I hear Brangelina I think of this Girl Scout song called "Magalina Hagalina" about a very unattractive woman. One of the verses goes like this:

She had two kids just the other day They took one look and they ran away

And of course, the finale:

A poor truck driver hit Magalina (sniffing sounds) The driver had to buy a new machina!

BTW - I think Shiloh sounds like a dog.
