If you are following rctn and wish to be admitted to rctnp, when you ask would you please add a line to the effect you post here. Today I received four requests and none of them said anything but their addresses all looked very spammy.
I dislike feeling like a censor but that would have been a lot of spam so I guess we have to do it.
