summer sampler

I tried to reply to your note but was rejected by the server.

If the sampler is the one from MLI, I would love to have it.

I have Winter Sampler, not summer. Is that what you meant? And yes, it is MLI Butternut Road Collection. It's really very nice. If I have left over fibers I'll send those along with it. I probably will have at least some of the DMC Medici wool. I think you may h ave to buy a few hanks of the blue.

Thanks so much. I know just what I will do with it, provided I actually get it into the rotation and do it soon. My niece in Colorado will love it.

It's not very probably that I would have to buy any blue. That's my favorite color and I have enough blue, in all weights, sizes and shades to fit the definition of SABLE to perfection.

I will still send whatever wools I have left over. I absolutely hated working with them. Particularly through raw linen, which is what I stitched the piece on. It really is a beautiful piece. It's also a good one to keep on a set of rods and when you want stitch up either one of the little designs, or bands then put it down. Now I can't make up my mind what to stitch next, though I really had it in my mind to stitch Kustom Kraft's Macaw. Maybe I'll make that really big instead of over one. I'm just happy I'm back into stitching again. I didn't realize just how much I love it and how much I missed it.

The Macaw is gorgeous but do you think Mica would fall in love with it, or be jealous of it? lol

Did I tell the story here about Mika and her extreme jealousy over this budgie on YouTube? His name is Chulo. He talks and is just one very adorable bird. When I watch him or mention his name she bites me; and I mean HARD. She pecks at the computer screen. She hates Chulo! Do a search on YouTube for him.

What she also does is march back and forth on my chest as I stitch. She looks up at me through the Dazor magnifying lamp! Back and forth. Now and then she sticks her tooth (it's her beak but to be cute we call it her tooth) in a stitch and runs. She KNOWS she's in trouble. She's a brat.

But, no, she won't be jealous of the stitched Macaw! That would be crazy!
