We are a very diverse group of stitchers - from beginners to experts. You'll find all sorts of great stuff and fun here, as well as some 'flames'. What kind of things do you like to crossstitch? I do mainly cross stitch with some needlepoint, drawn thread and pulled thread work. I love samplers in muted weathered colours.

We chat a lot about stitching and a lot about other things as well - just like at a stitching get-together!

I do mainly counted cross stitch (projects large and small) but also some Hardanger and currently I'm trying out some canvaswork ornaments. What are your stitching theme interests?

I'll give you a crash course to catch you up:

1.) NEVER mention Miracle Whip (I even duck when I type it!) 2.) most of us (or at least the most vocal of us, LOL!) prefer red wine to white 3.) many of us are gardeners, with day lilies being of particular interest 4.) never post an advertisement on r.c.t.n. or you'll catch what-for,
