I made my own Excel worksheet that has formulas and converts them depending on how much glaze I am making.

Not a lot of work. Good mind exercise.

Apparently I was not clear in my posting. I want to order ingredients at the same time that I'm ordering the book. I'm getting the book where I will be ordering raw ingredients along with other things and am trying to maximize the amount of items for the minimum weight charge. I did however email the site of the book and John Hesselberth very kindly gave me a list.
