I need your input once again. I am looking for a pyrometer for my electric kiln. Any recommendations? I've noticed that the cost of thermocouples, I know they're for gas kilns, are at least 3 times higher than you can get them anywhere else. Is this also true for pyrometers? Any recommendations on where else I might get one? Thanks!

Hi, it's all here if you live in Australia, if you don't it's a good web site to read through, it has heaps of info on how the oxygen/pyrometer thing works.

What a great site, Sam! Too bad I don't live in Australia. Still, it will help a lot. Thank you. Gaye, Texas
