Re: any good instructional videos

Beowulf asked quite a while ago for information on instructional videos.

If I may have a short plug: I run Technical Video Rental.com.

As you might guess from the name, we rent out craft and technical videos (sort of like Netflix).

We've been around for two years now, and because of customer suggestions, we're expanding from metalworking/welding/ sheetmetal videos into craft videos. At this point we carry a small set of pottery videos (only 11, right now)...but if there's interest, we'll expand our inventory.

Please check out the site:

Hmm. This sounds like a wonderful idea! I think I'm going to hit you guys up for a welding video. Always wanted to learn how to weld.

Apropos of potting, I'll probably also get a pottery video or two while I'm there as well.

Thanks for this post, I didn't know you guys existed, and you've got all sorts of stuff that interests me, so I'm going to try you out.

Anybody else in the group ever use this company? Crystal
