Sometimes we just need to remember what the rules of life really are... You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

Hmmm .. I'm afraid there isn't really a 'Windsor area' of London: it's a bit like saying the Athens area of Atlanta (although the distances are different, the travelling time could be much the same by the M25!). Having said that, by the 23rd century you could be right given 'urban sprawl'.
