Hi all,
I haven't been around for a while, and actually have not been quilting at all! I had some complications with the chemotherapy I'm on, and ended up in the hospital, and most recently my littlest child has been sick with some kind of virus, and it's been HOT here, and believe it or not for the past couple of weeks I just haven't felt like sewing AT ALL. Which is particularly strange because I have WIPs just sitting there on the sewing table -- two tote bags for my kids' teachers.
Anyway, I haven't been reading the newsgroup much, and I hate to admit it but I have just been marking everything as read every once in a while. I hope I haven't missed too many pretty quilt photos, because that's my very favorite thing!
I did get to go to the San Diego Quilt Show with a friend two Fridays ago, and that was pretty fun (but wore me out!) I didn't buy too much, but I did get to see a lot of neat quilts.
Anyway, just thought I'd check back in. Hopefully I'll get going on the quilting again soon. After the totes are done I have to pick my next project!
