Acronym question

I have been been lurking and occasionally posting here for a few months. I have figured out most of the shorthand used generally, such as DH and QI, (although I admit QI took a little while to figure out) but lately I see NAYY a lot, and I just don't get it. Can someone enlighten me?

Thanks Heidi

It is used when we are talking about a specific store or other place of business... generally recommending them.

No Affiliation... Yada Yada... meaning we are merely a satisfied customer and have nothing personal to gain by recommending this seller.

I was sure that her question was going to be the definition of S.E.X. We haven't had that one in quite a while!

Well, when a boy fabric loves a girl fabric...

S.E.X is Stash Enhancement eXpedition, ie shopping for fabric. :)

Sandy often uses it to mean Dear Twin, as she has a twin sister. I suppose it could also describe the reaction when we go cold turkey from quilting...

answers that one.

Amazingly, it only has *one* meaning for "RCTQ". Whereas FBI is not just Food Borne Illness, Faith Based Initiative and Firm Believer in Islam, it's also Full Blooded Italians as a category in pro wrestling (why????... do they do it in a tub of spaghetti or something?)

Thanks for explaining DT, Kathy -- I missed seeing the question. Yup, I figure that, if DS can mean Dear Son/Sister and DB can mean Dear Brother, I can use DT for my identical twin. ;) It's actually something she and I came up with in our daily emails a few years ago.
