can we, as a group, take action when a sm company is not a good one?

Listening to various people talk about bad experiences with sewing machine companies, it seems that, with a membership of over 1000, we could at least have some impact on these companies through letter writing or petitions or something. So many of us just get bummed out and discouraged when we might be able to empower ourselves through out association with the members of rctq. just a thought

I think this is a very good idea. I had a horrible experience with a new machine but I traded it back in immediately and got my Janome

6600P and have never regretted the decision one moment. Maybe we should have a poll of the worst machine?

Ideas? thoughts?

I've only had experience with Singers and NewHome (Janome) and wasn't disappointed.
