I recently presented a good friend with a HUG quilt that I put together with the help of many of you wonderful people. Just a question - I received little notes, cards, etc. with each block that I received - what do you do with them? Would it be appropriate to give them to the receiver of the HUG? It just seems *horrible* to just chuck them out.

I save and give to the recipient all the notes and messages that relate directly to good wishes and warm thoughts for them. I have even been known to tear one in half so the recipient could get the warm wishes, and I could toss the note to me about this or that regarding the block or whatever.
