This sure is diff that the way I learned how to make then in the Flower Shop
36 years ago. you only had to tack thru 2 diff ways and it did have a short 'tail' for you to sew it to an object-OR wrap a wire around for a stem and make into a dozen Mini rose bouquet with Baby's breath. Sold them for $20.00 per bouquet :) I was good at making them. haven't made any in ages. Haven't had a need to. Brings back memories :)Thanks Butterfly
