Quilt Cake

Good idea, Jeanne. We're looking forward to our family's only little one - a 5 year-old who will be here visiting in October. I thought I would show her how to pinch canned biscuits and deep fry them to make doughnut holes. And - how to take peppermint sticks and use them for stirring hot chocolate and when they melt just a bit, they work great as drinking straws. I can ice a sheet cake and let her do 4-patches on it. Maybe next year she'll be ready for sewing machines? I was stitching on an SM at 4 but our little darling is not quite as well, er, um..... cautious? as I was. Polly
