A really useful addition to my 'library' (small!) of filler stitches. Could be adapted for other leaves, like maple, oak etc - even the not particularly exciting shaped leaves. Very good find. Thanks J. - again >g

Observations: did you see that she's using a rather old SM and doesn't need a bells and whistles model? wonder what kind of gloves she's wearing?,they look like very plain 'go clean the range filter' sort and HooEee, is she ever good at backtracking. i love the holly leaves! i have so many Xmas quilts to do, i think if i enlarge the leaves, it would look great in the borders. thanks for the link!! amy in CNy

She uses a Juki, Taria, though I'm not sure what model it is. I do know that she modified her foot so as to be able to see better; she cut out the front.
