Lecien is a new to US fabric manufacturer based in Japan...some of the fabrics were also stamped along the selvage with the name Cosmo - which is Lecien's embroidery thread company.

The quilt pattern on their website for this collection is also worth keeping. jennellh

Thank you for the link! That's my kind of fabric. It reminds me of another line that I loved so much, the Moda 3 Sisters Faded Memories

I like this online store. Their cuts aregenerous and the only problem I ever had was resolved very quickly andgenerously. I'm in love with Japanese fabric. The colors and designsare really wonderful. Sort of a mix of edgy urban chic and classicromance.

Thanks -- these fabrics are beautiful, and I have an Asian theme in mind for a future project.

I've been collecting Lecien and Yuwa fabrics for years. I have every piece of the Yuwa "Vintage Rose" collection that I will never cut into.

Now I'm starting on Daiwabo. It's an obsession, I tells ya.

Oh Cindy, you'll really never cut into your Vintage Rose fabric?? How much do you have of each piece? Surely you could find a quilt to put it into, even if only to cut 6-8" strips or 8-10" squares and stitch them together. That fabric is soooooooo yummy and gorgeous, I would have to have it some way where I could see it all the time.
