Did you check under the invisibility cloak?

On the same theme. Who hid my chalk pouncer. I used it just once and that has disappeared too! very irritating! lol
Good one, Hanne. Couldn't have done better myself. Pat, not knowing your stash filing system, if you can't find it with 'novelty', have you looked in the stack where its dominant color is? perhaps with the blacks? Recently, a quilter buddy found a quilt top she was certain had been lost forever. It was folded into batting. No idea why she'd done such a thing but she was so happy to have it found. Polly

Here is my theory on things that disappear:
The general wisdom that the universe is infinite is wrong. The universe is finite. Only a certain number of things can exist at a time. If something is created, something else must go out of existence
- hence things DO JUST DISAPPEAR.
If you do happen to find something, it is because at the precise moment you found it, something else disappeared, causing your object to pop back into existence.

Probably the same person who hid my rotary cutter! Methinks your fabric may be hiding from that person ;)

Howdy!
I know where my H.P. fabric is. Yours ...? Well, it's just "out of time" for now; wait a little while and it will catch up ...or you will :
It's a conspiracy! My rotary cutter is missing, too!

That nice old doctor on tv says before you eat pizza to pat a paper towel on top of it and blot up some of the fat. This, he says, will make it totally calorie-free. He grinned when he said it but it has got to help. I love pizza too. Polly
"Pat in Virginia" It wasn't there! I found it hiding under the pizza theme fabric! That cannot
Hi Pat,
So you bought so much fabric in Paducah, that you can't find it all now!? What's this I hear about totalling up your purchases? A contest of some kind? He He!! Maybe you should share this project with us.
It wasn't there! I found it hiding under the pizza theme fabric! That cannot be an invisibility cloak. I know this because every time I have pizza I become more and more visible. That is, I take up more and more space!! ;( PAT

Thank you for your kind offer, Amy! I found it a little while ago. While sorting some of my stacks for that, I came across some other fabric I'd forgotten. Fun! PAT

Wow PAT (and Hanne!), you're on form today >gg< . In message , Pat in Virginia writes
The HP fabric has been in my stash for several years. While we were going to Paducah, N said she would be searching for HP fabric. Of course I told her I already have some and she can have that, so she did not search for it. I started to panic when I could not find that HP stuff yesterday, having promised and all. Meantime, I have my Road Trip to Paducah purchases on the guest bed and need to tally the monies spent as well as the total yardage. Yeah, it is a contest of some sort buy our mutual buddy is running it, so ask her for the scoop.
Pat in VA/USA PS: I cannot believe I ate the whole thing!!
Silly rabbit, that's your mistake.....you've been eating PIZZA, when you should have been eating PIZZA FABRIC!
*That'd* have made you invisible for sure!--pig
