Hi,
I have a Bernina Artista 200 fitted with the BSR, but when I plug it in the machine doesn't seem to recognize it. From watching videos I believe the screen should automatically pop up with the BSR page when I plug it in, but I've never actually used it before. (The machine was a hand-me-down from my Mother-in-law, but she used it with the BSR all the time.)
Am I doing something wrong? Should I be manually putting it to a BSR setting? Any ideas on what could be going on?
