they seem to do ok in designing a machine. most of the time they do ok in building a machine. Boy it would be nice if they just had good customer service with the good machines they make already. : ( Taria

Wow, that was fun. Felt good too to say what I'm thinking about a product I use every day. Although I don't really think of my 6600 (or any of my machines) as a 'product.'
