I have four ripe ones right now and a wonderful recipe for a banana bread but no time to bake. Can you peel them first and then freeze them?

yup, peel, free flow freeze'm. then bag'em all together. thats how they do it for frozen chocolate dipped, rolled in chopped nuts, bananas on a stick . :) free flow freeze them with the stick. no way in hell will ya get a stick into a frozen banana, lol. enjoy!! j.

Oh, yum, do they sound good. No nuts though - verboten for the DH.
how about rolling it in coconut? chocolate sprinkles?
100's and 1000's? has to be something that fits the bill that he can eat. tho just chocolate is nice too. a bit like a sundae. can be made in advance. just put'em back in the freezer after they chocolate etc sets. only takes a couple of minutes. little and big kids seem to love'em. enjoy! j."AliceW" wrote...
