I have four ripe ones right now and a wonderful recipe for a banana bread but no time to bake. Can you peel them first and then freeze them?

how about rolling it in coconut? chocolate sprinkles?

100's and 1000's? has to be something that fits the bill that he can eat. tho just chocolate is nice too. a bit like a sundae. can be made in advance. just put'em back in the freezer after they chocolate etc sets. only takes a couple of minutes. little and big kids seem to love'em. enjoy! j.
