Well now that's just not right. With as many longarm dealers as there are in your neck of the woods... I'd get on the phone and see if anyone has some locally to sell. And Springfield has more than a few dealers. If Vivian doesn't have it where you are, call Merrily We Quilt Along before making a trip to Springfield, they may carry it. Just a couple thoughts on the top of my head....... no coffee yet so nothing is sinking in......... please send coffee.... more snow tonight.... that luge track aka my front stairs is going to be extra special by spring....

If you order from Superior Threads, they also have Bottom Line on pre-wound bobbins. The pre-wounds have about twice as much thread as I can wind on a bobbin myself, using the same thread!
Don't know much about quantities, Leslie - mine are all too small; but since you mentioned quilting with a finer thread, have a look at the Aurifil variegateds if you can. They are gorgeous, and at 50 weight, you do get loads to a spool. . In message , Leslie & The Furbabies in MO. writes
