Well, we are packing up to head from FL back to SC and guess what I found!!!! Yep, and that was an 8 month supply with a value of over $100. YAHOO!!!!! Lucky me! There can't be a stash raid because this house is guarded by 1,000 squirrels and 400 rabbits!!! As well as an alligator and 3 big turtles, 2 bears, 4 owls,, 1 eagle, 2 angry male peacocks, and about 100 cows! THERE! that should discourage everyone! Whew!!! Not this gal..grew up on a farm and walked thru the pasture with a very angry bull. He left ME alone but 'treed' a fella that was to take him 'to market'. Herding cows was one of my main summer jobs afore the fence was finished. Have a family of 3 wild rabbits out back that KNOW when their 'carrots' are going to be tossed out.

You are right, it IS PAST time for a good ole fashion stash raid! But not THIS week! However, I DO have enough fabric to last me just about forever. This summer I need to sew up some shorts for the grand daughter to play in when she is visiting. I will need to get busy once I get to see and measure her. Then I will look through the stash for the wilder colored fabric I have, and if it isn't wild enough I might just combine some colors for patchwork shorts. Barbara, still in FL
