Yes indeed, Hobbs it is. I got it from
Howdy!
I ordered the big roll of Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 from them, urged by our Karen/Queen of Squishies. Wonderful to have that roll of batting just waiting for me; less waste when I can cut just what I want. Batt-Mart got it here w/in a couple of days [shipped from the factory in Waco ;-) ]. Ah, to quilt!

I have a couple of rolls of various battings up in the attic just waiting, like you. I buy the largest size, even though I don't do any king sized quilts, but I use the cutoffs for small projects and the total quilt budget is less, doing it that way.

Beautiful John! It's high time you made a quilt for yourself. I'm glad you didn't skimp and used the expensive batting. You'll enjoy this lovely quilt for years.

I don't even use a hoop. I just set the quilt in my lap and go to it.
Like Julie said in another post, I'd never get my quilts done if I hand-quilted only, so I do machine quilt too, but it's not my favorite. Sometimes, I even tie quilts.
I did learn something psychological in regard to handquilting though. I will never attempt to handquilt a medallion quilt again. It drove me nuts that each successive border got larger and took longer to finish. I felt that I was going slower and slower. When handquilting a quilt made from blocks, they take about the same amount of time apiece, and so the forward progress seems steady to me. I know it's dumb. The quilts are the size they are regardless of how they're put together.
