I just got notice that my wall hanging was chosen for the "Voice that is Mighty Within Me" road show. I have no idea what venues it will show in or for how long, or anything else. All I know is that once it leaves my hands next week it won't be home for two years. It has a price tag and I sorely hope somebody buys it along the way. Would be nice hint of vindication for all the money I spend on this hobby/ obsession.



Anyhow, I'll see if I can find out more about where it will be shown. Who knows, maybe my little quiltlet will be coming to a "town near you". LOL.

How exciting! Which WH is this, Sunny? I sort of remember you doing one of Red Riding Hood ... is it that one? Who is sponsor of the show? DO you have a link? I guess I've used up my quota of questions today, so I am off to cut fabric! TTFN,

hope it comes home. Part of me wants to sell it, but another part ofme really loves this quilt. And both of my sisters have -- separately-- asked for it. LOL. Somebody recently told me I need to spend a yearcreating "a body of work" in terms of art quilts. I dunno. So manybaby showers. And baby quilts trump art show quilts any day.
