For those who follow basketball in the big leagues, those who watch t.v., those who read newspaper headlines , the Dallas Mavericks are Western Conference Finals Champions of Basketball. This team stunk, absolutely dead last placers for years, until Mark Cuban bought and redecorated the team. Mark Cuban is the guy who..for better or worse.. created that little tag line of moving type that comes across your t.v. screen so annoyingly when you're trying to watch news or network programs or whatever. (Quilt shows don't seem to support crawling type .) Now the billionaire basketball lover gets to take his team to the NBA finals, the biggie. This is one of the best re-do projects on t.v..

Never seen mention of your Mavs. Don't read the sports pages even though 2 papers show up here daily. Here in my neck of the woods we have a Mavericks team. Single A baseball. It is sort of like watching little league without having a turn to bring your kids team snack ; ) Taria
