JoAnn Fabrics does it again

Just got back from the local JoAnns, now they've got my new favorite batting on clearance - which means I got a full size batting for less than $4, (got the last one) but also means that they will no longer carry Mountain Mist Heritage Series. First Hobbs, now Mountain Mist. Blah. Dammit anyhow.

Oh, go on, Mickie. Let it all out. Don't smother your frustrations down inside and give yourself an ulcer. =) Welcome to the world of online shopping. You can check out King's Men and Batt-Mart. You won't get a full size batt for $ 4 but you'll do okay. You won't even have to dress or comb your hair. It takes a while to figure out where all to store a case of batting but you are a very gifted and creative quilter. You can do it. Polly

Also, easier and cheaper to house than that well-fed 10-year-old! Grins, PAT in VA/USA

Howdy!

Roberta, your daughters read this about the way you treat

10-yr.olds and they'll never make you a grandma.

I love the big roll of Hobbs Heirloom standing in the corner of the green room; it's about to get slimmer, tomorrow, when I trim off another few yards. Much less waste this way (& less waist on Roberta's 10-yr-old standing in the corner).

Mine actually lives in the sauna (came with the house but we never use it). Along with the teddy bears for the women's shelter, the extra guest bedding, and sometimes a pile of quilts. So the kid would be comfortable!
