Thanks. Mine kept hanging when I clicked their first link (the video) and wouldn't go further. What a pain.

If anyone is interested, I received a 50% off coupon. Here's the link(let me know if it works/doesn't work for you):

I was disappointed that it wasn't a 60% off coupon; hey, it's the 60th anniversary, so why not?!? DeNise

on mine the video didnt play in netscape 4.7 but did fine in ie6. I also one one in the mail but wanted extras so my DD could use one for me and to visit several stores.

Hey thanks! the coupon in the ad the coupon they sent hru email was 40% off!

That's pretty funny. They have a link to a 40% off coupon and a different link to a 50% off coupon good for the same time period.

Anyway, if anyone wants a jpg of just the coupon (so you can duplicate it many times and print), go to

I asked about this in my local store when the latest flyer was only 40% not the 50% I have become accustomed to. She told me that they would be going to 40% nationwide in the very near future and they were phasing it across the country. Jan

Heck if you make it this far, I can take over and we'll hit the LQSs in McKinney, Aubrey, Denton (2), Gainsville, and Whitesboro if you are up for that! *grins*

Elena, feeling a little better today.

Thanks DeNise! I'm so glad to get this!

Elena in Tx, off to buy a 4" embroidery hoop for a class. I don't like redwork, but I'm going to try it anyway! (Previous words typed in small print so when I have to eat them, I don't get heartburn)

If you come up this way let me know. I would love to go to the shops further north of me.

They cut back the discount for California customers to 40% some time ago. Maybe they are planning on doing it with the rest of the country.

But, as long as they keep giving us the on-line coupons that we can use over and over, I'll be a happy camper. I haven't even used the last two 40% coupons I got in the mail. I just use the 50% on-line coupons.

Since I moved not too long ago I re-enlisted for the Joann's mailing list. I got a 50% off coupon in the latest flyer and took it to the store I usually use. The manager (surely she deserves the trophy as the best Joann's manager!!) checked out my purchase and commented on the 50% coupon, saying that they're only doing 50% for target addresses -- 40% for the others.

This is so strange. I've never gotten anything but a 50% off coupon from them. Sometimes they even have a 50% off coupon in the Sunday paper. Maybe we're just lucky in Ohio, since that's where the headquarters is. I agree, though, that they should have had a 60% off for the anniversary!
