Wow! It has been awhile since I've posted anything, but I have been reading along the way. I took classes for two semesters at our local college and as the second semester was coming to an end I became sick with a cold and my fibro flared up so bad I decided I'd taken on too much and needed to step back and take care of myself. I went to our naturalist doctor here in town and have been taking several supplements and they are working! My fibro symptoms are just barely there and I'm sleeping much better.
It was during this time, one day while I was sitting at my desk looking out the window that I realized that for the very first time since my beloved's passing I felt truly happy. It was exuding from the inside out. The next week a long lost love came back into my life. We'd lost contact about twenty years ago! We reconnected on Facebook and realized the love we had for one another never died. I'm heading to Michigan at the end of this month for a visit.
Nothing on the quilting end...did start making some pajama bottoms for my neighbors son...maybe that'll get me going again. Launie, in Oregon
