It was a piece of cotton fabric with a somewhat Jacobean-looking floral print. I used the Heat & Bond Ultra on the back of the FQ and then cut out the floral motifs. (Tip- it's MUCH easier to do the cutting if you leave the paper backing on while you cut out the motifs. IMO) I mixed and matched the flowers and leaves- it's a bit like arranging real flowers but in 2 dimensions instead of three- then fused the cut-outs in place. You can do it with any floral fabric.... it's no biggie!

No, biggie....so you say...lol. I would love to learn how but I'm usually a visual person. If I see someone do it then I can but without seeing exactly how it's done I don't know. I understand your instructions as to the heat & bond. But how to you choose the fabric and how do you know how to arrange them? Those are more design, or individual things I know but that's where I need guidance. Thanx for sharing Joanna remove quilt to reply
