Gen, tell the Gang that I went out for some S. E. X. today at a Mennonite Calico Quilt Store. Got Christmas fabric for the backing of a queen size quilt ($4.25 yard), a neat tin with Violets, and a HB card. They had a nice collection of calicos.....NOT the calico that we grew up with but a nicer 'style' and a greater array of colors. I could picture a gorgeous quilt of Sunbonnet Sue and Overall Sam and every one a diff fabric. They also had a very NICE collections of greens and blues. Mr Joe commented on the Bright Colors in the next row over : )
