If you can get to a craft store or other place they sell the bags with the inserts you want, see if they sell refills or replacement pages and just buy them. You may have to ask specifically for them.

I have two (purchased) sewing organizer totes with those type of pages and they are sewn into the bags, no way to add or replace them. I wanted to make several of these for gifts and also a few make-up and toiletry organizers with these type of 'pages'. I spent HOURS looking online for refill pages to use and all I found were refills for crafter's and stamper's totes with various sized pockets but none with zippers. I even called the two companies that made the totes I have and they don't make refills or sell the pages separately. I ended up buying the vinyl and making my own compartmentalized zippered pages. Not difficult but tedious. You can buy that heavy clear vinyl at TSWLTH but if you figure out how much you spend on the vinyl and all the zippers you come out almost even (actually closer to

Make note: If you do make these yourself don't forget to put in a little pleat or two in each pocket to accommodate the "pooch" to accommodate whatever you put in there, otherwise you'll eventually tear out the stitching from the stress of pulling and stretching the pocket.

The Show was fine, thanks, Kathyl. I felt disorientated at first, as they had hung the quilts in a different order!! There were some beauties, as always. Some peculiars! and some very nice. No, my little quilt was not bearing a rosette this time. I knew it couldn't, and certainly wasn't disappointed. The weather? blowing a gale + sunshine and showers; but not nearly as bad as last year, thank goodness.

The Best in Show was a stunner - same lady as last year (can't remember that ever happening before). She does the most wonderful appliqué - all pieces satin stitched with matching thread. Last year it was more fruit than flowers, on black; but this year it was realistic flowers in groups or in wreaths. All the colours are botanically correct, and they were placed on a purple background. She can also quilt exquisitely. She is a very talented lady indeed. Sadly, I didn't take a camera. There are usually far too many people in a smallish space to be able to take pictures, so I don't even try. However, this year wasn't over busy, and I could have done it. There numbers do seem to be going down - perhaps as a result of the large show in Birmingham in August. I did notice many familiar names missing from the catalogue. . In message , KJ writes

I have a much better picture which I've put in my Album for a bit. Its in the Quilting folder, on page three (the last quilt). Isn't it gorgeous even if it isn't the right one. I've labelled it 'A better picture of her prize winning quilt'.

I usually take my camera though the last time I only got photos of bits of quilts from strange angles. Still they help to jog my dreadful memory.

I've used clear plastic pencil cases from the school supply section of the store; they're cheap and they have holes on one side to insert into binders; a friend made me a sewing bag w/ pouches tied in w/ ribbons.

I'll add up the number of quilts and get back to you! (Count them from the catalogue I mean). There were all the usual stands + one very large new book stand. It's rather nice, because the shops tend to take the same or similar places every year, so you pretty well know just where to go to find your old favourites! I did buy some fabric this year (I don't usually, as it is so difficult to get through the people waiting); but I really wanted some of the ombre fabric we were talking about - last week was it? I saw two types, and bought some of each: one is like the site Sally included in her post, one colour from pale to dark; the other goes from pale to dark, too, but the colour changes along the way. One of those is so beautiful, it might be an 'I can't cut you' friend >g< As you might remember I virtually always buy for a project; this time I bought because I loved them, so now I'm going to have to work out a design to show them off. This year's is even better? Wow! That picture from last year is a stunner.

Shows what *one* word in Google can do.......I was looking for 'pockets' and 'pages', never even dawned on me to use "insert". The 6 and 12 pocket inserts are POIFEKT for what I wanted. Gonna get me some for my next project. It says they are attached with Velcro but I'm sure once I get them I can figure out how to sew a strip across the bottom to put them into the totes. Maybe even sew them back to back if the Velcro is a problem.
