Howdy! I just got a note from Monique, who had surgery last Monday. She says: "the pathology of what they took out came back clear, so the cancer is GONE!!!" and "I can't hit rctq from home--can you just let all the lovely folks there know that I'm on the road to mending and that I appreciate no end all the prayers and good thoughts? I truly feel (as) if I have been on the receiving end of a miracle."

Yeee-Haw! Going to eat some blueberries in Monique's honor, and re-visit the fabric we traded.

Oh goodie! Glad she's clear. We'll look forward to seeing here here again when she's fully recovered from the surgery.
