A few days after returning from vacation, I visited my local Wal-Mart to get a prescription filled. While waiting, I wandered over to the fabric department. It was gone! Now, I was only gone 4 weeks, but it was totally gone!! To make matters worse, everything was sold for 75% off, and I missed it! They still had ribbons by-the-spool, thread, and yarn selling at full price. Soon they'll have an expanded electronics department! Darn!
The Walmart here in New Albany IN doesn't even have the yarn, thread... think they expanded the wedding and party section...defintely the electronics, cause my youngest DD saw the phone she just has to have there...and expanded the food section too..

I sure hope that doesn't happen where I live. Walmart is really the only game in town. I already do a lot of ordering through the internet, but it's nice to be able to run in and get the more generic stuff.

The Walmart in Redding CA JUST went to "super store" and they REMOVED all the fabric too - I loved it there when my other half was wondering around lost and I was killing time!
