I am happy to report that I went back to the hospital yesterday and got a second fluid infusion. I feel great today!! The most gratifying part of this is that Dr. D. actually had one of the nurses call me yesterday morning to find out how I was doing. She wanted to be sure that I felt better going into the weekend. That is what prompted my return there. I'm very glad that I went.

I'm coming late to your posts Rita, but I am so glad you are feeling better! Odd how a person can be dehydrated and not realize it. I've experienced the same thing--a rapid heart rate that was fixed by water. (Of course, at the time I was a twenty-something and didn't have other issues to cloud the picture.) I'd read the association between rapid heart rate and dehydration in a magazine which is how I discovered the cure when it happened to me.
So glad that all your tests showed that everything else is okay. :-)
