what concerns me about this is that fact that it is wheat gluten that contains the unhealthy stuff. i wonder if any of the wheat from that source ever makes its way into the human food chain? one never knows. i emailed my govt dept asking about this two days ago and am still waiting for a reply. i think i need to try a different govt email addy again today. being a small country, i've no idea how much of our own wheat we grow and how much we import. jeanne

Being a vegetarian who buys wheat gluten by the case, I have a notable interest in this as well. My source (wwww.honeyville grain.com) assures me that all of their wheat products are USA in origin and manufacture. Good to know.
