DD's first child was born yesterday, a sweet baby girl. Not my first grandchild, as DS has 3 lovely children, but each of the four is a very special, precious child. The new baby has a quilted nursery, which I did, and a quilt that I made with blocks embroidered by my mother, who died 2 years ago. The baby quilt that I made for DD also hangs in the nursery.
